How Inclusion Europe works

When I started at Inclusion Europe as a policy trainee in 2023, I didn’t understand half of what was being said. Especially when it came to internal affairs: “Our members, the board, EPSA, the Steering Group, the president, the chair”, and so on.

All of it just sounded… important. Understandig that something is important is important. It’s the first step to knowing when to listen, and what questions to ask. Which I did.

I learned. It took time. And almost 3 years later I have finally understood all of it. Not only what all of the different roles are, but how they shape and inform each others work.

And because most of you don’t sit in our office and have the chance to listen and ask whenever the opportunity presents itself Milan and I came up with an explainer that would help others see how all the pieces fit together and make Inclusion Europe what it is: A team.

Enjoy!
